Associate Membership – Monthly Fees & Add-ons (2026)

Strictly for non-DC2 residents only.

Based on the resolution passed during our previous Annual General Meeting (AGM), all registered visitors are now upgraded to Associate Members.

Rights of Associate Members:
🗣️ Members are entitled to attend any General Meeting of the Association, during which the Financial Report will be presented.
🗣️ May nominate, propose and submit motions, but not entitled to vote or hold office.
🚗 Enjoy the same access as residents to facilities.
🎉 May participate in any activities and programmes.

Associate Membership Fees:
1. Annual Fee – RM30
2. Monthly Fee – RM5 (For RFID users only)

Note:
1) To maintain RFID access, monthly fee will be collected every 4 months.
2) Period: January - April 2026, May - August 2026 & September - December 2026.
3) For each period:
- Payment must be made on or before the second month.
- Failure may result in RFID access being deactivated on the third month.
- Payment for December 2026 will be waived due to school holiday.

Additional stickers are available all year long at the following prices:
1️⃣ Vehicle Sticker – RM10 each
2️⃣ RFID Sticker – RM30 each
